SEAtrails relies on the residents of the member communities to nominate trails and features for inclusion in the system. If you would like your community to be involved in SEAtrails the first step is to have the governing body pass a resolution of support for SEAtrails. This generic resolution document can help with drafting the necessary resolution. This trail assessment form is used for preliminary analysis of features slated for the SEAtrails network.
SEAtrails, Inc. is a non-profit corporation with integral ties to 19 Southeast Alaska communities, a multitude of federal, state and local government agencies, visitor and trails advocacy organizations and countless volunteers.
If you would like to participate in SEAtrails meetings, have ideas for SEAtrails, or have questions just contact your local representative.
