Trip Details:

The main trailhead is at the 500′ contour of Mt. Ripinsky, 1.25 miles from downtown Haines. Go uphill on 2nd Ave. to Young Road, follow Young Road through Skyline Estates to parking area at the end. Trail starts on left just prior to old pipeline road at a gate. The 7-Mile Saddle trailhead provides access at a boardwalk 200 yards from 7 Mile Haines Highway, 3 miles from the airport.
