Grants & Planning
SEAtrails awarded more than $119,000 in grants to 10 communities in 2004 and is following up in 2008 with a second round of grants.
- Business and Marketing Plan: SEAtrails worked with the McDowell Group to create a Business and Marketing Plan for SEAtrails Part 1 [and Part 2].

Additional grant funds will be available for use in funding trails and trail-related projects in Southeast Alaska. View the related press release. - Trails and Transportation Master Plan (TTMP):
The Trails and Transportation Master Plan serves as a guiding document to the SEAtrails board and member communities in identifying resources, infrastructure and other needs to carry out the SEAtrails mission. - Capital Improvement Plan (CIP):
The CIP (PDF, 387k) lists basic trail and community-level information, equipment and service gaps that SEAtrails can fill. - Previous Grant Awards:
